The terms and conditions of the web store www.thewowbow.com are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-business. The online store www.thewowbow.com is an information system designed to present and sell products to the user. It is managed by ONETWO, Andreja Ozvatič s.p., hereinafter referred to as the provider. The user is the person who uses our system, that is, the buyer in the online store. When registering in an online store, the visitor can obtain a username that is identical to the email address he himself identifies in his profile and password. The username and password of the user are clearly defined and linked to the completed data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. General terms and conditions deal with the operation of the online store www.thewowbow.com and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

On the website www.thewowbow.com, supplier ONETWO, Andreja Ozvatič s.p., offers and sells hand crafted products and fashion accessories made up of wood, different types of fabric, satin strips, etc.. The fashion accessories that are offered are bowtie for neck, scrunchies – bowtie ribbons for hair and bracelets. Supplier offers an idyll of custom-made products (suit to the needs of the customer) and seeks to adjust or approximate the customer’s wishes. A pre-invoice is sent to the customer before the product is manufactured by e-mail, indicating the final amount, payment information and payment period. For the production of custom products or Customer’s wishes an pre-payment is required according to the pro forma invoice. The supplier agrees with the buyer for the date of manufacture and delivery of the order. After the service has been completed, The original receipt is attached to the purchase upon delivery of the products.
All prices in the WOWBOW online store are selling prices in euro (EUR) and are valid as soon as the buyer orders. We are not a taxable person, therefore VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 94 of the ZDDV-1. (Slovenian). To the final price can be added in the last step of the order a delivery cost. – Payment at delivery
After choosing the “cash on delivery” option and placing the order, the customer will receive a receipt of the order to his e-mail, followed by a delivery within the agreed time. Customer pay the purchase price for the order to the delivery service in cash. If the customer is not present at the time of the acceptance of the package, the delivery service will leave a ticket of the received package.

REFUND OF GOODS AND RIGHT TO PURCHASE OF PURCHASE
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer is entitled, within 14 days of receiving the goods, to communicate to the company email@example.com by e-mail to withdraw from the contract without having to state the reason for his decision. The only cost to the consumer in respect of cancellation is the direct cost of returning goods (postage). Goods must be returned to the tenderer no later than 14 days after the message about the intended return has been sent. The bidder is not obliged to return the costs incurred due to the shipment. A consumer may also opt for a replacement and choose another product, but must inform the tenderer thereof at the same time as the return of the goods.Custom-made products can not be returned or exchanged at the customer’s request; it is also impossible to return personalised products!

AN ERROR ON THE PRODUCT
Resolving a real error is solved in accordance with applicable law and in accordance with the Conditions of Purchase of Goods and Services. From the point of factual error, the customer may advertise an error on the product with the provider within two months of the detection of a material error (for defects that appear on the product after two years of acceptance, the provider no longer bears the responsibility) and, at its option, requires the correction of the error, repayment of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or replacement of the goods or repayment of the amount paid. In the error notification, the buyer must describe the error more accurately and allow the provider to inspect the product. If the error is not controversial, the company must comply with the buyer’s request as soon as possible, and no later than within eight days. If there is a dispute about the error, the company must provide the buyer with a written response within the same deadline.
According to the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the error is real:
- if the goods do not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or for marketing;
- if the goods do not have the characteristics necessary for the particular use for which the buyer buys it, which the seller was known or should have known to him;
- if the goods have no qualities and distinctions which were expressly or silently agreed or prescribed;
- if the seller has delivered goods that do not match the pattern or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for the purpose of the notice.

MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS
All the products in our offer are manual work. The materials we manage are of natural origin. We recommend that you do not expose the wooden part of the product to moisture or moisture.
